The MegaCode revocation feature is why we standardized on Linear. When a resident moves out, we delete one ID — done.
Linear
318 MHz MegaCode keychain transmitter family — available as single-button (ACT-31B) or four-button (ACT-34B). Used by gated communities and commercial properties on Linear MegaCode infrastructure. Each fob carries a unique MegaCode ID, so individual fobs can be revoked at the receiver without re-coding the rest of the fleet.
Confirmed-compatible openers, receivers, and the older remotes this part replaces. If your model isn't listed, send us a photo and we'll verify before you buy.

MegaCode fobs carry a unique factory ID — each one can be enrolled and revoked individually at the receiver without affecting other active fobs. This is the key advantage over DIP-switch fobs for properties with frequent move-in/move-out turnover.
MegaCode receivers learn each fob's unique factory ID — a one-time enrollment per fob (or per button on the ACT-34B).
To revoke a single fob: at the receiver, enter the fob's slot number and press DELETE. The other 479 active fobs remain unaffected.
