Warranty & returns
All items may be returned within 30 days of original order unless explicitly stated otherwise. Items without manufacturing defects must be returned unopened, in their original shipped condition, and include all related parts, instructions, and packaging. Incomplete returns are charged a minimum 15% restocking fee.
Products with manufacturer's defects will be replaced or exchanged with a similar or better model. Returns will not be accepted after the 30-day period. Credits issued are less shipping and handling. Include a copy of the original sales receipt with the return to expedite credit. Email returns@tdsupplies.com to request a return.
