Use this receiver only with purple learn-button (315 MHz) remotes. For 390 MHz green/orange/red remotes use the 535LM instead.
Programming the 355LM
Wire to the opener's 3-terminal block, then pair each remote with the receiver's onboard learn button.
- Mount the 355LM near the opener and connect to the opener's push-button terminals (3-wire).
- Press the learn button on the 355LM. The LED stays on for 30 seconds.
- Within 30 seconds, press the desired button on each 315 MHz Security+ remote until the receiver LED blinks.
- Repeat step 3 for each additional remote (up to 8) and your keypad.
To erase all paired remotes: hold the learn button for ~6 seconds until the LED goes out, then re-pair only the remotes you want to keep.
