Programming the 970LM
Pair each button independently — once per opener.
- Press the colored "learn" button on the side of the motor unit (green, orange, or red). The indicator stays on for 30 seconds.
- Within 30 seconds, press and hold one button on the 970LM until the motor light blinks twice.
- Repeat at each additional opener using a different button.
To clear all paired remotes from an opener: hold its learn button for ~6 seconds until the indicator goes out, then re-pair only the remotes you want to keep.
