Standard issue for residents at our 96-unit complex. One button opens the gate, the other the parking garage. Zero complaints.
Multicode
300 MHz two-button visor transmitter with 12-position binary DIP-switch coding — the two-channel version of the Multicode 3089. Standard issue at apartment communities and gated developments where residents need to operate both an entry gate and a garage door.
Confirmed-compatible openers, receivers, and the older remotes this part replaces. If your model isn't listed, send us a photo and we'll verify before you buy.

The "-22" suffix indicates two buttons + two channels. Each button can be set to a different 12-bit code so one fob operates two separate gates or doors.
Each button has an independent 12-switch DIP block. Match each receiver to the corresponding button bank.
Property managers: avoid all-up or all-down patterns — these conflict with the factory test code on Multicode 1090 receivers.

Texdoor pre-set the DIP codes from my list before shipping a box of 12. Saved hours of fiddling.
