| Extended Description:The Liftmaster model 66LM wireless remote is battery operated and requires no wiring. It features a backlit keypad for visibility in the dark. There is also a cover to protect the keypad the elements. The Liftmaster 66LM also protects your security with its billion code system that contains over 10,000 rotating codes for extra security. The keypad code is secured with up to 10,000 possible pin numbers. The PIN is easy to change. The garage door or gate will open when the four digit password is entered. Using the 66LM keypad, you can also stop and reverse your garage door or gate. |

The manufacturer of the Liftmaster 66LM (Chamberlain) also manufacters the same compatible remote under different brand names such as Sears Craftsman. Above is the list of remotes that are compatible with the Liftmaster 66LM. If you have a Sears Craftsman remote, you will find your model number on the logic board (circuit board) on the back of your garage door motor. The model number will follow "139.". To Erase All Codes From Motor MemoryTo deactivate any unwanted remote, first erase all codes: Press and hold the “learn” button on motor unit until the learn indicator light goes out (approximately 6 seconds). All previous codes are now erased. Reprogram each remote that you wish to use. |
